What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept payments using a credit or debit card, as well as through processing services such as PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
What are your shipping policies and procedures?
Currently, we only ship to all fifty (50) states within the United States and the District of Columbia. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. Unless otherwise noted, your item will ship within three (3) business days from when you place your order. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track the whereabouts of your order.
What are your return and refund policies?
We want you to love what you purchase and will do what it takes to make things right. Except for soaps, which are non-refundable, if you do not love your purchase, please reach out to us at askpartrickart@gmail.com to request a refund. If you don’t like the item that you purchased, you will need to ship it back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund. If your item arrives broken, please send us a picture for our records. Once a photo is received, we will issue your refund.
